Email reminders and a patient portal come with every plan, and you can try everything for 7 days with no payment card. You add SMS only when you actually need it.

Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance; buy prepaid SMS packets when you need more.

Frequently asked questions

Can I try stacjo without a card?: Yes. You get 7 days of full access with no payment card required.
Who counts as an active specialist?: Someone who runs visits and has an active specialist profile. Reception, accounting and read-only accounts do not count toward the limit.
Do I pay for reception accounts?: No. Reception and read-only accounts are free on every plan.
How do I change plan?: In the app, through the Customer Portal. The change takes effect from the next billing period.
What happens after the trial?: The workspace switches to read-only with a billing screen. Your data stays intact and is never deleted automatically.
Are the prices net?: Yes. We show net prices — VAT (23%) is added by Stripe at payment, and Stripe issues the invoice too.
Do I get an invoice?: Yes. We issue an invoice through Stripe; you provide your tax ID at checkout.
Do you charge per-patient commissions?: No. There is no per-visit or per-patient commission — you pay only your fixed plan rate.
What happens to my data after the trial?: It is kept, we provide an export on request, and we never delete it automatically.
Can the trial be extended?: Contact support — only our team can grant an extension.
